"Knowledge is the only thing that cannot be taken from you"

- R. Vijay Raghavan

My name is Sidharth Raghavan, and I am a student at Johns Hopkins University majoring in Biomedical Engineering. I created Brooklyn Musings to share my passion for science, writing, and research. I enjoy learning about science the most because it helps me understand how things work. Science is exciting because it provides many puzzles that, when solved, help the quality of life of society. I'm particularly interested in cancer research and immunoengineering - these fields hold great potential to transform medicine in our society today. I also love reading about the latest innovations in the field of biology. I'm currently reading The Song of the Cell  by Siddhartha Mukherjee, and I absolutely love it! I also enjoy playing the violin, practicing taekwondo, and exploring Brooklyn with my friends.
